Life Happens
It’s common to feel overwhelmed, whether due to the stressors of everyday life or because of a major life event. In these situations, staying committed to your health and fitness goals may seem like an impossible challenge. 

The good news is that you don’t have to face the challenge alone. I’ve helped people in dealing with major life events, such as loved ones passing away, major career changes, getting married and divorced, births of children, and all the complications of being a parent (or grandparent!). 

Together, we will create a lifestyle program that works with you so that you can sustain your commitment to a healthy lifestyle, even when life gets tough.

My lifestyle program focuses on your specific needs, which means this program can include a variety of services such as meal planning, grocery shopping, meditation techniques, massages, instituting a bed time, stretching and breathing exercises, and many more. 

In addition to your everyday routine, this program will be designed to adapt as your needs change, such as when you’re going on vacation or have a special event. Perhaps you’d appreciate advice on how to avoid overindulging during the holiday party season, including recipes for mocktails and healthier food items. Or maybe you need someone to hold you accountable to a bed time so you get all the sleep you need to function the next day. 

I will provide you with educational material, motivation, and accountability as you need it throughout this program.
