What is Functional Movement?
Functional movement combines strength, mobility, and endurance training to develop physical capabilities which are practical for both every-day activities and more adventurous pursuits.
How are your programs developed?
We work with each client on an individual basis to understand your needs and goals and craft a unique health journey which involves making steady improvements in both physical condition and confidence, supported by coaching and encouragement to keep you on track.
Are your programs just about exercise?
While exercise is a central part of every program, depending on your needs this can be accompanied by nutrition advice, stress management, and behavioral adjustments to aid in making activity and healthy choices a natural part of your lifestyle.
